Set your account balanceOpen Settings ⚙️ (top right of the sidebar) and enter your starting balance and risk per trade. P&L, risk % and R all work from this.

Build your strategiesOn Strategies, add your setups and their confluences. They become a checklist each time you log a trade.

Log your first tradeTap Log Trade and type it, say it, or read it from an MT5 screenshot. After a few trades, Analytics starts telling your story.

Keep it on every deviceSign in (sidebar, under Account Settings) to back up your journal and sync it to your phone and tablet. Your plan and what it includes are in your account.
Import trades
From ATAS: open Statistics, click Export Statistics, then pick that file here (.xlsx, or a .csv of its Journal sheet).
  1. In the MT5 app, open History and pick the Positions tab.
  2. Tap the sort button (top left) and choose Open Time.
  3. Tap the first entry of a trade so its card opens. It shows the entry time, S/L, T/P and charges.
  4. Take a screenshot. Do one per trade, opening the next trade's first entry each time. Overlapping screenshots are fine.
  5. Pick all the screenshots here at once.
Use MT5's own History screen only, in dark or light theme, not a chart, the Deals tab or a cropped image. Screenshots are read on your device and aren't uploaded.
